The job of JST – Jungmann Systemtechnik® at Lufthansa in Frankfurt was to improve operational processes, create shorter communication channels and use resources effectively.
The spatial consolidation of the system, network and problem management areas in one part of the data center building was a first step towards optimising cooperation between the departments.
In two subsequent projects, a consolidation at tool level was then implemented and finally the optimisation of the business processes was examined more closely.
