Bayer Business Services is the Bayer Group’s international competence center for IT-based services.

From the control center of the Global Data Center in Leverkusen, the company controls the IT infrastructure and the networks of customers such as Bayer and Lanxess. In 2005, Bayer Business Services fundamentally restructured the control station of the Global Data Center in Leverkusen.

The aim was to optimally support the improved workflows in service management. JST has taken on the task of equipping the control station with the latest technology . The result is an even higher degree of automation in all work processes.
