The Swisscom Large Enterprise division focuses on communication solutions for large companies. Whether voice or data, mobile or fixed network, individual product or complete solution: as a leading independent provider of business communications, the division of Swisscom (Switzerland) AG supports its customers in planning, implementing and operating their information and communications infrastructure (ICT).
Swisscom supplies large companies with voice and data solutions from a single source in the following areas multimedia, security and alerting. In close cooperation with Swisscom IT Services, the division also supports its customers with offers for outsourcing and housing, for example. ICT convergence is ensured by innovative products and solutions in order to maintain market leadership in business communication in the future. Swisscom guarantees the reliability, availability and security of data and IT systems, thus helping customers to concentrate on their core business.
In the new SOC (“Security Operation Center”) Swisscom monitors its customers’ security infrastructure worldwide, around the clock, and reacts with lightning speed to emerging problems. The SOC was completely rebuilt and opened in January 2010. JST supplied the proven technology for the proactive LCD monitor wall, which forms the heart of the center.
